Installing SmarterMail Professional Edition

Pre-installation

Before installing SmarterMail, ensure that you have DirectX installed on your computer. To obtain the latest version of DirectX, click here, or use the Microsoft Windows Update service.

Installation

There is one Setup file to install SmarterMail Professional Edition that includes all components (the web server and Web Interface) necessary to allow SmarterMail to run right "out of the box."

Following the installation procedure, a browser will be prompted to open to the 'Getting Started' topic under this section. This topic will show you how to start using your SmarterMail server.
